Job responsibilities:

1. According to the technical agreement documents and construction drawings, timely communicate with Party A and suppliers for on-site disclosure, and organize the implementation of on-site engineering;

2. Application for materials required for on-site projects, material entry and quantity and quality verification, and collection of material certificate information;

3. Draw on-site completion drawings and prepare project completion materials;

4. Signing and confirmation of on-site implementation process documents (including but not limited to: entry confirmation, main material entry confirmation, completion confirmation, commissioning training, acceptance, engineering change addition, etc.);

5. Timely coordinate emergency issues that may arise during project implementation;

6. Responsible for the on-site cost, safety, quality, and progress of the project, and regularly report the comprehensive situation of the project to superiors in daily and weekly reports.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in engineering (HVAC, building electrical, plumbing, architecture, energy, etc.);

2. More than 3 years of relevant engineering management experience, familiar with the construction content, implementation sequence, and requirements of the project;

3. Proficient in the construction standards and techniques related to the above engineering, understand the meaning of the above engineering drawings, and can clearly distinguish the boundaries of the project based on the project technical documents;

4. Strong understanding ability, strong cost awareness, meeting the requirements of the owner while reducing project costs;

5. Skilled in communication, with strong management and coordination skills, able to handle the relationship between Party A and suppliers properly.
